Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RePlay LK, we know you want to get your hands on your games as fast as possible. We work hard to process and dispatch your orders quickly and securely.

Please review our shipping timelines and processes below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Bank Deposit Orders: If you choose "Bank Deposit" at checkout, your order processing will only begin after you have sent us your payment receipt via WhatsApp (078 914 1437) and our team has verified the transaction.

2. Delivery Timelines (Island-Wide)

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect your game to arrive within our standard delivery window:

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 Business Days

  • Note: Deliveries within the Colombo district generally arrive on the faster end of this window, while outstation deliveries may take up to the full 7 days.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your exact location in Sri Lanka. We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure your discs arrive safely and in perfect condition.

4. Local Pickup (Wattala)

If you are in the area and want to skip the delivery wait, we offer a free Local Pickup option!

  • How it works: Select "Pickup" at checkout.

  • Location: Gemunu Road, Hunupitiya, Wattala.

  • Important: Please wait for an "Order Ready" confirmation message from us, and send a quick WhatsApp text 30 minutes before you arrive so we can have your game ready at the door.

5. Tracking and Updates

As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, we will drop you a message on WhatsApp or Email with your tracking details so you can follow your game's journey straight to your door.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to hit our 3 to 7-day delivery window every time, occasional delays can happen due to severe weather, public holidays, or courier routing issues. If your order has exceeded the 7-day mark, please reach out to us on WhatsApp, and we will immediately track it down for you.
