At RePlay LK, we stand behind the quality of every single pre-owned game we sell. Every disc in our vault undergoes a strict inspection and read-test before it reaches your hands.
However, we understand that issues can sometimes happen. That’s why we offer a Zero-Risk 3-Day Free Return Policy.
1. The 3-Day Return Window

The Rule: You have exactly 3 days (72 hours) to request a return or replacement for a defective game.

When it Starts: The 3-day window begins the moment our courier service marks your package as "Delivered" or from the time you collect it via our Local Pickup option.
2. What is Covered
We will accept returns and provide a full refund or a direct replacement if:

The game disc is defective, unreadable, or fails to install on your console.

You received the wrong game title or the wrong console version (e.g., you ordered a PS5 version but received a PS4 version).
3. What is NOT Covered (Strict Abuse Policy)
To keep our prices fair for the Sri Lankan gaming community, we do not tolerate system abuse. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following scenarios:

"Change of Mind": We do not offer refunds if you simply didn't like the game's story, gameplay, or if you accidentally bought a game you already own.

Buyer Damage: Any physical damage caused after delivery—including deep scratches, cracks, liquid spills, or heat damage—will completely void the return policy.

Tampering: Every disc we ship is secretly logged by its unique inner-ring serial number. If you attempt to return a different, broken disc that did not originate from our store, the return will be rejected, and your account will be permanently banned from our platform.
4. Free Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to a genuine disc defect, we will cover the return shipping costs entirely. We will coordinate with our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at zero cost to you.
5. How to Initiate a Return
If you encounter an issue with your game, do not worry! Just follow these simple steps:

Take a quick photo or a short video clip of the error screen on your console or television.
